The Tomlinson Group, one of the top 40 largest real estate companies in the United States continues to expand by acquiring an interest in the McCall Real Estate Company.
In November the Tomlinson Group announced that it had acquired the Coldwell Banker Aspen Realty Company of the Treasure Valley with Idaho offices in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell and Eagle.
In a joint announcement, Bob Tomlinson of the Tomlinson Real Estate Group and McCall Real Estate Company owner Mike Anderson said the joining of the two companies will continue to solidify Tomlinson’s position as the fifth largest Coldwell Banker affiliate in the nation.
The McCall brokerage will now be known as Coldwell Banker McCall Real Estate Company.
"Joining the Tomlinson Group will allow us to deliver an even higher level of service to our clients and customers as well as providing even greater resources to our Agents," Anderson said. Since taking over, Anderson has grown the company to 34 agents. That brings the total number of agents in the Tomlinson Group to over 800 with almost 400 in Idaho

The Tomlinson Real Estate Group's headquarters are in Coeur d'Alene and serves Washington communities in Spokane,
Clarkston, Davenport, Cheney, Moses Lake and Tri Cities, and the Idaho communities of Coeur d'Alene, Lewiston, Plummer, Kellogg, Moscow and Sandpoint.
